The Supply Company dashboard is dedicated to companies operating in:

- Auction management
- Industrial equipment sales
- Commercial stock liquidation
- Used or new vehicle supply
- Project and construction equipment supply
No supply company is approved within the ecosystem until after:
- Legal and commercial verification
- Review of activity and operational record
- Verification of displayed assets
- Passing compliance and regulatory systems
- Obtaining approved authentication certificates
The supply company is obligated to provide:
- Legal documents
- Commercial licenses
- Proof of activity
- Stock or asset data
- Auction information
- Ownership or authorization data
The ecosystem reserves the right to reject or suspend any account in case of:
- Incorrect data
- Fake offers
- Auction manipulation
- Violation of operational policies
- Harming the ecosystem or clients
The supply company dashboard allows management of:
- International auctions
- Car offers
- Heavy machinery offers
- Ready stock
- Invoices and payments
- Orders and contracts
- Authentication and inspection
- Financial wallet
- Operational reports
- Shipping and delivery
- Support and follow-up
Car and heavy machinery auctions within the ecosystem are limited to:
- Approved companies
- Approved dealers
- Verified business accounts
Individual accounts are not allowed to participate in major auctions or submit purchase offers within them.

The supply company obligates that all displayed assets are:
- Legal
- Authenticated
- Transferable and exportable
- Matching the technical data uploaded within the system
All assets are subject to:
- Technical inspection
- Visual verification
- Regulatory authentication
- Photo and video reports
- Supervisory body review
The company also agrees to issue and upload the required operational certificates within the system, including:
- Verified-Cert
- TSC
- VSC
- Verified-Asset Cert
- VDC
- DVC
No asset, auction, or sale process is approved within the ecosystem until after completing the authentication and regulatory review procedures.
The company is obligated to use the platform only for:
- Real offers
- Official operations
- Approved auctions
- Legal direct sales
And it is prohibited to:
- Manipulate prices
- Upload misleading data
- Display non-matching assets
- Negotiate outside the system
- Defraud clients or the ecosystem
NGIS reserves the full right to:
- Suspend auctions
- Stop accounts
- Withdraw certificates
- Blacklist violating parties
- Take necessary legal and regulatory actions
As for factories within the ecosystem, their auctions are specialized in:
- Factory stock
- Excess production lines
- Ready stocks
- Goods ready for export
- Industrial stock liquidation
- Ready commercial products
Factory auctions are not managed with the same system as car and heavy machinery auctions for supply companies.
All operations within the system are subject to:
- Real-time tracking
- Operational oversight
- Risk management
- Commercial compliance
- Full documentation
- Cloud data storage
The company also agrees to archive:
- Contracts
- Invoices
- Conversations
- Auction records
- Inspection reports
- Asset data
- Payment records
Within the central systems of the ecosystem for the purposes of:
- Protection
- Auditing
- Arbitration
- Dispute resolution
- International compliance
By using the supply company dashboard, creating an account, or managing auctions within the platform, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and fully agreeing to these terms and all operational, regulatory, and financial policies approved within the NGIS ecosystem.
