No factory is approved within the ecosystem until after:
- Legal and commercial verification
- Field verification
- Review of production lines
- Review of manufacturing capacity
- Review of technical compliance
- Passing regulatory and authentication systems
- Issuance of factory accreditation and authentication certificates
The factory is obligated to provide:
- Industrial licenses
- Production lines data
- Export data
- Quality certificates
- Actual factory data
- Stock data
- Ready products information
- Any additional documents requested by the compliance department or supervisory body
The ecosystem reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any factory in case of:
- Providing incorrect data
- Manipulating specifications
- Poor quality
- Breach of contracts
- Harming clients or the ecosystem
- Violating operational or regulatory systems
The factory dashboard allows management of:

- Industrial orders
- Private manufacturing OEM / ODM

Are conducted under the supervision of:

Factories are committed to issuing and uploading the required operational certificates, including:
- Verified-Cert
- ASC
- VDC
- DVC
No factory, product, or manufacturing process is approved within the ecosystem until after completing the authentication and regulatory review procedures.
The ecosystem allows factories to access:
- Global supply system
- International orders management
- International commercial manufacturing
- Agents management
- Private labels management
- Inventory and stock auctions
Factories are not allowed to use:
- Car auctions
- Heavy machinery auctions
- Auctions for private operational assets of supply companies
As these auctions are exclusively dedicated to approved supply companies within the ecosystem.
Factories are obligated NOT to:
- Negotiate outside the system
- Directly communicate in violation of contracts
- Change specifications after approval
- Upload misleading data or images
- Sell non-conforming products
- Use the platform in violating activities
NGIS reserves the full right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Stop production lines within the system
- Withdraw certificates
- Cancel orders
- Blacklist violating entities internationally
- Take necessary legal and regulatory actions
All operations within the system are subject to:
- Real-time tracking
- Full documentation
- Regulatory auditing
- International compliance
- Risk management systems
- Cloud data storage
Factories also agree to archive:
- Contracts
- Orders
- Invoices
- Inspection reports
- Conversations
- Shipping data
- Production records
- Operational data
Within the central systems of the ecosystem for the purposes of:
- Protection
- Documentation
- Auditing
- Arbitration
- Dispute resolution
- International commercial compliance
By using the factory dashboard, creating an account, or managing industrial operations within the platform, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and fully agreeing to these terms and all operational, regulatory, and financial policies approved within the NGIS ecosystem.
